Our Work

We have a number of ongoing projects, to find out more scroll along this page! We are currently fundraising towards the Council of the Birds with the hope that we can tour this show and workshop to boroughs in London & Brighton where there is a high need for this type of theatre.

If you or your organisation would like to become a sponsor for the show then please do get in touch with us at info@beeinmybeanie.com

The Council of the Birds

We were thrilled to be shortlisted for the recent Les Enfants Terribles Award 2023. Chosen out of hundreds of companies, we were thrilled to perform with 10 other companies at the Greenwich Theatre. The show received some gorgeous feedback and we're excited to see where it takes us.

The Council of the Birds
cont.

How did birds get their song?

Have you heard the story?

It all started with a red-breasted Robin and a little girl who caught it.

Once a year The Council of the Birds gathers to archive all stories told. But when they take her grandma’s last story, Lina must embark on a perilous, at times nonsensical, journey to retrieve it before it’s too late.

Exploring memory, forgetting and the stories we tell about ourselves.
